Front Desk Staff
Roca Climbing & Fitness is a dynamic and multi-faceted full-service climbing gym. We value outgoing, friendly, confident and capable people with varied backgrounds and skillsets. Reliability, attention to detail, follow-through, initiative and leadership by example are valued criteria for our staff. Front Desk staff wear several hats as customer service representatives, risk management officers, belay instructors and more. Climbing experience, knowledge and technical expertise are desired.
Front Desk staff must be able to work weekends and days/evenings during the week.
Climbing Instructors & Youth Coaches
Roca is seeking part-time Climbing Instructors & Youth Coaches! We would love if you have some climbing experience, but are willing to train the right candidate! Experience in customer service, running programs and classes as well as ability to teach youth and adults is a bonus. We are looking for a self-motivated, dependable, enthusiastic individual with a great attitude to inspire others in a successful, growing company.
Roca hires for this position throughout the year as our programs/staffing changes on a seasonal basis.
Yoga & Fitness Instructors
Roca is looking for passionate Yoga and Fitness Instructors to lead engaging classes in our dedicated studio spaces! We value instructors who can create inclusive, high-energy, or restorative environments that complement the climbing lifestyle. Whether you specialize in vinyasa, cardio, or mobility training, we want individuals who are eager to help our community reach their peak performance.
Requirements:
Current teaching certification in your discipline.
Ability to motivate a diverse range of fitness levels, from beginners to elite athletes.
A reliable, professional, and community-focused mindset.
