ONLINE Visitor Agreements must be completed using the electronic form right below this message. Agreements are REQUIRED for all climbers, chaperones, and spectators that plan to come into our facility. DO NOT print fillable form.
By completing your Visitor Agreement ahead of time, you will expedite your check-in process at the gym. Once completed, you must validate your Visitor Agreement through your email. Your agreement will NOT be accepted until this is done.
If child is under age 18, Visitor Agreement must be filled out by their parent or legal guardian.
Youth under age 14, MUST be supervised at all times by an adult (18+) chaperone in the facility.
